Principal's Corner

Happy New Year! I hope that you and your family are well and enjoyed our Winter Break. There will be many activities this month that are related to Character Education, specifically regarding respecting others and different cultures. Please check backpacks as event information will be going out for the Multicultural Week which will be for the first week of February.

As a reminder, remember to drive safely in our parking lot we have precious cargo and need to make sure that our students are safe. School begins at 8:05 am, students are marked late after 8:20 am, please make every attempt to be here on time. Please refer to the parent handbook regarding tardiness and absences.

Safety protocols are always in check; please make sure that you inform teachers if you will be picking up your child early, so that the office is aware that you will be coming into the school. Make sure that if you are sending someone to pick up your child that they are on the release form and are 18 years of age or older.

If you have any questions, regarding your child or the preschool program, please feel free to contact me. Remember if you want to talk to the teachers, feel free to e-mail them or call to schedule an appointment, they look forward to hearing from you.

School will be closed for students on Monday, January 20th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr.

“If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward." Martin Luther King Jr.

I wish all of you a healthy, happy and safe January!
